- Professor of real estate management and investments as well as Head of the Master of Science in Real Estate (MScRE) program at Lucerne University / HSLU (since 2013). President of the RICS in Switzerland (since 2019)
- Author of various publications in the area of investment strategies, (international) investments, asset management, real estate markets and digitization. Launched the annual study on “Real Estate Investments, Asset Management and Infrastructure” in cooperation with the ASIP / Swiss Pension Fund Association (in 2014)
- In 2021, 2022 and 2023, the media elected him to be part of the 100 leading and most important people in the Swiss Real Estate industry
